You can apply for a $10K scholarship for free from Free College Scholarships.  The requirements to be eligible to apply are that you have to be 18 years or older and live in the United States.  To enter the scholarship drawing, you simply have to fill a one-page registration form.  Don't miss your chance at the scholarship and remember to register early.

The Walmart Higher Reach Scholarship program is another opportunity to research further.  This fellowship provides $1,000 every year for up to four years.  To be eligible, applicants will need to prove financial need and have a 22 on the ACT.

The National Security Education Program provides up to $20K per academic year.  The money can be used for any program and it's worth $1,500.  The application process is composed of writing samples that you send in for review.
